School Uniform

We are keen to encourage children to wear the appropriate school uniform and feel pride in their appearance. 

The school colours are red, white and grey.

The uniform includes:

 • Red school sweatshirt, jumper or cardigan

• Red polo shirt

• Grey skirt, pinafore or trousers

•  Red and white check summer dress

• Grey or red tights or white or grey socks

• Black school shoes or plain black trainers

In PE children should wear:

 • White T-shirt/Polo Shirt

• Black shorts

• White or grey socks

• Black plimsolls

• Black tracksuit bottoms

• Trainers for outdoor use

 Plimsolls (not trainers) should always be worn for indoor PE unless working in bare feet, at all other times children should wear school shoes of a standard design (not trainers) – for safety reasons pumps and open toes should be avoided (i.e. ‘fashion’ shoes should not be worn in school).

No jewellery, other than plain stud (not hoop) earrings (one in each ear only) should be worn to school. Earrings should be removed or covered for PE. Please provide your child with a supply of sticking plasters or plaster tape for this purpose. Nail varnish should not be used at school.
